The Vision of the National Organisation of the Romanian Scouts:

We see Scouting in Romania as a positive, united and opened Movement, part of the Scout Movement through the values and principles on which it is set.

We see Scouting following to achieve its Mission, sustained by an organisation with democratic structures, representative, efficient and simple at all levels, having enough resources and quality management.

We see Scouting as a relevant actor in the Romanian society, which brings its contribution to the education of children and young people from Romania and offers sustainable alternatives to the current challenges, based on the values and principles of Scouting.

We see Scouting as a powerful Movement, build by involved young people, who work together for their own development and are helped by willing and capable adults to play and educational role.
